Accurate Temperature Control

The flexible electric heating sleeve is equipped with high-precision thermocouples, which are connected to PID temperature controllers through sensors to achieve automatic temperature control. In addition, PID temperature control can freely choose instrument models, control methods, electrical brands, and external dimensions. Some models of instruments can also achieve remote functionality. Ethernet, RS485, 4-20mA can all be selected.

Uniform Heating

The heating layer of a flexible electric heating sleeve is a composite structure composed of 2080 nickel alloy heating wires evenly arranged on the surface of an insulating and high-temperature resistant soft cloth. It has the characteristics of uniform heating, high temperature resistance, and high safety. The temperature difference between any two points in the entire heating area is ≤ 5%. The heating layer uses 2080 nickel alloy 12 strand metal wire, which greatly reduces the rigidity of the metal heating wire itself while ensuring its strength. Make the heating layer soft and pressure resistant, which allows the heating sleeve to handle irregular heating conditions with ease.

Customizable size

Thanks to the soft texture of the heating layer, the finished heating sleeve can be made into almost any shape, which has a natural advantage in dealing with high heating temperatures and uniform heating.
